Pass the 30-question assessment with 80% or higher

Psychomotor

Demonstrate skills in live in-game scenarios with an FTO

Ride Along

Supervised shift with a certified provider in-game

After You Pass

Receive Your Official Certification

Upon completing all requirements, your FTO logs your completion and a signed digital certification is issued — complete with cert number, medical director signature, and expiration tracking.
